TOYS FOR TOTS SIGN UP'S: 1 OCT 2009 - 30 NOV 2009
The Toys for Tots program was created to give families support during the holidays by providing a limited number of gifts for eligible children. This program is intended to supplement the gifts provided by parents/family and is not intended to be the sole source of gifts. In this regard, the amount of toys provided each family may vary according to supply, anticipated demand or availability. Please visit one of the listed sites below to sign up for toys.
Eligibility Requirements:
· Proof of child’s age: must be age 12 and under
· Current 2009 AFDC/Food Stamps or Letter of Medicaid/Public Assistance DCF/ESS eligibility
· Kid Care/Health Kids
· WIC
· All children must live in Hillsborough County
Things to Remember:
Ø Proof of child’s age may be provided by the birth certificate or school record.
Ø Family members or representative picking up toys must bring ID that matches information given at the time of registration.
Ø Pick up will be determined by the zip of current address, proof of address required. No exceptions will be made.
